- 1 dozen plain glazed doughnuts
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 (14 oz)can sweetened condensed milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 & 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Flavoring
- 1/4 cup of raisins (optional)
Mix everything except the doughnuts into a bowl. Fold in doughnuts (pinched into bite-size chunks).
Add 1/4 cup of raisins (optional)
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake 30 min at 350*.
Serve warm or cool. Great served topped with Butter Sauce (the recipe below).
Butter Sauce
- 1/2 Stick of butter
- 1/2 box of confectioner's sugar
- 2 tsp of Rum Flavoring
Melt all together over low head. Pour over bread pudding after baked.
***Yields one 9 x 13 pan of Bread Pudding.***
