Easy Pumpkin Cake



  • 1 Box of Vanilla Cake mix (prepared according to box)
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 (15 oz) can of cooked pumpkin

Blended together - bake in a bundt pan at 325* 40-45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. (Baking times may differ)

Icing Options:

~ Canister of cream cheese frosting - melted and drizzled over completely cooled cake.

~ White Chocolate Glaze (Recipe below)

  • 3 tbsp evaporated milk
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Melt together on low heat and glaze over completely cooled cake.


***Yields approximately one bundt cake***
